Poppy Seed Bread3 eggs 2 cups granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups oil 1 1/2 cups milk 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavoring 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds Mix together the eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour batter into 4 small loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. While hot, poke holes nearly through and frost with a glaze.
