Rhubarb BreadPosted by kdipaolo at recipegoldmine.com May 20, 2001 Makes 2 loaves. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2/3 cup oil 1 egg 1 cup sour milk 1 1/2 to 2 cups diced rhubarb 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup nuts, if desired Stir together ingredients in order given, adding rhubarb and nuts last. Sprinkle with Topping. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes. Topping 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon butter, softened Cinnamon to taste
