1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon granulated sugar Mix all and beat. Pour or ladle onto hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles form on top of the splatter dabs.
