Drizzle with olive oil, then close foil and place in a 400 degree oven. Roast for one hour, or until soft. Puree in a blender. Add room temperature butter and bleu cheese, mixing well. Refrigerate. Use on chicken or salmon before cooking or as a spread for garlic bread. Can be kept chilled up to two weeks, or frozen for longer term storage.
