Eurasia Thai Garlic ShrimpSource: Chef Amarin Reelachart of Eurasia, Virginia Beach, Virginia Marinade 8 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced 1 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for about 10 minutes. Other ingredients 1 pound shrimp, peeled and de-veined 3 tablespoons oil 1 tomato, cut into slices or wedges 1 cucumber, sliced Heat a large saut? pan or wok and add oil. Remove shrimp from marinade and saut? for about four to six minutes, or until done.
