Then dip in egg wash (eggs and milk combination), then place in potato chip crumbs. In a large saut? pan over medium heat add oil. Add flounder to pan and cook until golden brown. Flip, then finish in a 350 degrees F oven for 6 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately. Servings: 4
