Schnepf Farms is located at 22601 East Cloud Road, Queen Creek, Arizona. 3 cups granulated sugar 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons light corn syrup 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Butter or grease an 8-inch square pan. In a 3-quart saucepan, mix together sugar, milk, corn syrup, pumpkin and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium, add vanilla extract and butter, and continue boiling for 7 minutes. DO NOT STIR. Pour into pan. Push the nuts down into the top of the fudge with a spoon. Let harden.
