Steakhouse. The following recipe is especially treasured because the Strawberry Patch is closed. 1 tablespoon safflower oil
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon each black pepper and cayenne
1/2 pound blue cheese Combine oil, garlic, mayonnaise, buttermilk, black pepper and cayenne in bowl, mix until thoroughly combined. Crumble cheese into pieces a little larger than green peas. Fold into dressing mixture with rubber spatula. Store in airtight container in refrigerator as long as 5 days.
