Caramel Apple Salad6 small apples, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (8 ounce) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 small box instant butterscotch pudding
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 carton Cool Whip Mix all ingredients except Cool Whip together. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
