1 cup coconut
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 cup marshmallows Drain pineapple. Place over carrots and refrigerate overnight (covered). When ready to serve, add remaining ingredients and cover with dressing. Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cream
