Marinated Carrots2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced 1/2 medium bell pepper, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 can tomato soup 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup vinegar Cook carrots until fork tender. Drain; mix all ingredients. Chill overnight.
