German Seasoning16 whole juniper berries 1 teaspoon dried Cascade hops 1 teaspoon mushroom powder 4 teaspoons dried chives 2 teaspoons horseradish powder (wasabi) 2 teaspoons caraway powder 8 teaspoons dried marjoram 2 teaspoons white pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed Grind first 8 ingredients to a fine powder in a high speed coffee mill, then add the dill weed. Pour into a container, then tightly seal.
