Moroccan Seasoning5 teaspoons grated nutmeg 5 teaspoons ground cumin 5 teaspoons ground coriander 2 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice 2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 1/4 teaspoons ground red pepper (cayenne) 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon Grind all ingredients to a fine powder in a high speed coffee mill. Finely sieve into a container, then tightly seal.
