Puffed Wheat Nibbles6 cups Puffed Wheat cereal 2 cups unsalted roasted peanuts 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted 1/4 cup honey Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Combine cereal, peanuts and sugar in a large bowl. Combine butter and honey; pour over cereal mixture, tossing gently. Pour into a lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring mixture once. Let cool in pan, stirring occasionally. Yields 2 quarts.
