1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup ginger ale (Vernor's is best)
6 tablespoons granulated sugar (or less if strawberries are sweet)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract Put all into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass container and chill. This thickens as it cools. Yummy!!
