1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups boxed biscuit mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips Combine all ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Flatten and bake 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes.
