Pseudo Menudo2 pounds stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes 2 or 3 cups water 1 cup chopped green chiles 2 (15 ounce) cans hominy Salt and pepper, to taste Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients and boil gently for 3 or 4 hours, until meat is tender.
