Sopa de Tortillas Migas1/4 pound ground meat 12 corn tortillas 4 ounces green chiles Salt and pepper 1 cup tomatoes (sliced fresh) 1 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup onions 1/2 cup soup stock Cut the tortillas into 3/4-inch strips. Saut? the onions, add tomato and garlic powder with the meat and green chiles. Place the DRY tortilla strips in a casserole dish. Add the soup stock and the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
