1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Butter, room temperature Beat and mash the egg yolks until fine grained. Add orange flower water and powdered sugar; beat until you have a fine paste, mixing well. Combine with equal amounts of butter and force through a fine strainer, with holes, onto a fancy plate.
