Gourmet Stew1 pound stew meat 1/2 package dry onion soup mix 3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced (fresh or canned) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup sauterne wine Do not brown meat. Place in casserole; add all other ingredients. Mix well. Do not salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 300 degrees F for 3 hours or until tender.
