Tex-Mex Hash5 servings 1 pound ground beef 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup rice, uncooked 2 teaspoons salt 3 onions, sliced 1 can whole tomatoes 1 teaspoon chili powder Dash of pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet. Drain fat. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat until warm. Pour into a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 1 hour.
