Raspberry Cheesecake DipSource: Land O Lakes, Inc. - used with permission A sweet, creamy, colorful dip that?s delicious with cake, fruit and cookies. Dip 1/3 cup LAND O LAKES? Sour Cream 1 (8 ounce) container light raspberry cream cheese spread 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 tablespoon raspberry-flavored liqueur or orange juice Dippers Assorted fresh fruit pieces, vanilla wafers, pound cake and/or angel food cake, cubed Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and liqueur in small bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Serve with desired dippers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
