Recipe for Fresh Vegetable Kabobs from the Vegetables section.
Fresh Vegetable Kabobs (T&T)Posted by bettyboop at recipegoldmine.com May 30, 2001 Serves: 4 This is another great recipe to have on hand during the summer. The basting ingredients give the vegetables a great taste. 2 medium ears fresh corn, cut into 2-inch pieces 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces 8 pearl onions, cooked 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt Salt and pepper to taste Thread the corn*, zucchini, and onions alternately on four large skewers. Combine butter, chives, parsley, and garlic salt; mix well. Place skewers on broiler pan; broil for about 8-10 minutes, turning and brushing with butter mixture every 2 minutes. * I have long stainless steel skewers from my barbecue grill, and I use them for the kabobs (it makes piercing the corn easy).
We hope you enjoy your freshly made Fresh Vegetable Kabobs. This recipe came from Vegetables's, if you'd liked this recipe, there may be many others you'll find delicious as well.
