Snickers Bar3/4 ounce oatmeal 2 tablespoons Grape-Nuts cereal or raisins 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 package unsweetened hot chocolate 1 1/2 or 2 tablespoons water Mix in bowl and shape into a bar and freeze an hour or more. For WW this equals 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 protein, 1 fat and 1 milk
