Frozen Cherry SaladSource: WW Quick, Light and Healthy Cookbook 1 (20 ounce) can reduced-calorie cherry pie filling 1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 (8 ounce) container frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed Cooking spray Combine first 4 ingredients. Fold in whipped topping. Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray; pour cherry mixture into prepared pan. Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight. Cut into rectangles. Yields: 10 servings - 4 WW points per serving
