Pistachio Creme Fruit SaladSource: Cooking Healthy with a Man in Mind 1 (4 serving size) package Jell-o sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix 1/3 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk powder 3/4 cup Yoplait plain fat-free yogurt 1 cup (one 8 ounce can) crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained 3/4 cup Cool Whip Lite 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 1 cup (1 medium) diced banana In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add yogurt and undrained pineapple. Mix gently to combine. Stir in Cool Whip Lite. Add marshmallows and bananas. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving. Serves 6.
