Ginger Orange Dressing1/4 cup fresh orange juice 4 teaspoon canola oil 1 tablespoon minced scallions 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, scallions, ginger, orange zest, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended. (Alternatively, combine ingredients in a small jar, secure the lid and shake.) Makes about 1/3 cup.
