Russian Dressing3 tablespoons orange juice 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper 2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper 2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt 1 tablespoon drained prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon grated onion 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients; cover and shake well. Refrigerate, covered, 2-3 hours. Shake again before serving. Makes 4 servings. 1 WW points
